The Premium Bento is one of our best selling and most requested offerings. Crafted with a three layer structure, it highlights the finest ingredients flown directly from Japan.
The base layer begins with the chef’s special sushi rice made with red vinegar. This rice is then topped with a generous layer of delicate kinshi tamago to create the foundation of the bento.
The middle layer features our aburi selection. This includes seared Kinmedai and either Isaki or Kuromutsu depending on availability. Each fish is lightly torched and treated with binchotan charcoal to bring out its natural fat and aroma.
The top layer showcases the most luxurious items. Sweet Hokkaido uni, our signature house marinated ikura, and tender Japanese zuwaigani flakes arranged for balance, richness, and visual beauty.
The bento is completed with thoughtful garnishes such as takuwan, Nishiki goma, fresh chives, shiso leaves, and lotus root. With approximately 300 grams of rice, this bento is sized to comfortably feed one adult male or two females.
