Our Tuna Festival bento highlights the finest quality bluefin tuna sourced directly from Japan. Each cut is carefully aged for one to two weeks to enhance natural flavor, deepen the color, and create a buttery mouthfeel with exceptional umami. This aging process allows the tuna to reach its peak condition before serving.
During winter, we use Boston bluefin tuna which surpasses Japanese tuna in quality during that season. This ensures that every serving is consistently rich, vibrant, and exceptionally fresh.
The bento includes three prized cuts of tuna. Akami for clean and deep flavor, Chutoro for perfect balance of lean and fat, and Ootoro for the richest and most luxurious texture. Combined, the serving size is approximately equal to twenty five pieces of premium sushi.
